Hello everyone. I own Iveco Daily 2.8 TD 1999 (49 10) , and I am very pleased with him. But the last few days, I hear a loud knocking sound in the area of the engine (almost like ticking, and goes louder when throttle is open), the sound of the tapping, and I know that it comes from camshaft stroking of valve tappets, I also know that it is a hydraulic valve system. I would be very grateful, if there is someone who has the experience, and who knows the setup, the spacing between the valve tappets and camshaft, so that he can to tell me how to adjust the valve tappets in the prescribed manner. Thank you all. |

I assumed that too. Although, I read in the repair manual, that there is a way to rotate (i don`t know what exactly), to a specific side, or maybe I'm wrong though. |
