hi, so whatever the thing is in the pic, its leaking. Is it an oil pump? I don't have the workshop manual on this computer. There is access to it, but its very limited, a challenge you might say.

Hello , Am not 100% sure on this model, But on an old diesel Peugeot I had, there was something similar in the Diesel pump and that was connected with the immobilizer. It was connecting the immo...with the solenoid on top so it will not open the solenoid and let diesel flow. As I said, not 100% for your case. John P.S now I see it again, is it connected with the diesel pump ? any electrics on it ? Maybe a vacuum pum ? Edited by yiannism, Mar 6 2017, 06:48 AM.

Hey there Yiannism, it is indeed a vacuum pump. Need next to make sure its that, that is causing the leak. |
