Hi, One rear wheel is hotter that the other side 80 Celcius rather than 30 celcius. I'm fairly sure the brakes and handbrake are not rubbing. As far as I can tell the wheel is actually hotter than the drum. Any suggestions as to what to look t next? |

surely its either brakes rubbing or wheel bearing over tightened, normally brakes(hand brake not releasing?) jack it up and test.Joe |

I believe the wheel turns freely. I find it hard to tell because the differential gears move as well. Do I need a special tool to tighten or loosen the rear bearings? If the bearing is a bit too tight, then it's been like that for 7 years and I've only just noticed because I pay more attention to the temperatures. |

With mine it was a seized handbrake. Intermittently got stuck...first time I noticed the wheel was smoking whilst I was filling up with diesel
