Just changed the torsion bar bushes (Do I get a medal?). The old metal type bushes are now not made. If you order from Iveco or Vexi they'll send you part number 504277459 and 504277460. Sadly the latter, 60, is too large. So I got a second 59 and a mate skimmed the inner out to the right size on his lathe so it would fit over the splines. The old style is pretty much the same with the inner sleeve being a bit thinner to go over the splines. Also, while the suspension arm was out I replaced the upper ball joint, part number DELPHIBALLA009691 Hope this helps someone. |

I bought mine from Bison. You do deserve a medal for changing them it is a difficult job. I had an engineer friend make me a puller which made it very easy to remove and refit them https://www.bisonparts.co.uk/iveco Graeme |

I'll make a note of Bison as another supplier, cheers. Used a 15 ton jack a lump hammer and some custom brackets to stop the sub frame getting damaged. Madness! |
