hello!
the iveco daily year 2008 display EDC lamp (with red color)on the dashborad.
the car won't strated
this ecu have ref:
BOSCH
0 281 012 193
EDC16

How to resolve the pb, I wanted to enter with my pps but impossible.

Hi,
Typically, the EDC warning lamp indicates electrical faults, but can be also, mechanically.
There are too many cases that can lead to ”engine does not start”.
So, what can you do: download and read the manual(Daily S-2000) on page 154-190 and 405- 436 (about troubleshooting),is the previous model, but you may guide from there.

I guess "pps" is a device for diagnosis, IVECO use protocol for heavy duty commercial vehicles, not for automotive.
With the common scanner, you can retrieve just emission control codes.

Hi did u fixed your van mate? And what the problem with your van and how much u spend to get it sorted? .thanks. I have same problem with my van. Edc light flash and non start.
