rear door hinges

can the rear door hinges on the vans be repaired or are there aftermarket available the new genuine are a ridiculous price

My rear doors don't open properly.
The hinges seem to be working back to front so the door dosent move
away from the body as it starts to open IYSWIM.

I managed to "fix" 2 out of my 4 broken hinges by taking them off and after steeping in diesal getting the slider bit that controls their opening moving again. It took a bit of time / fiddling and the hinges were a b**lox to get off but saved 2 of them and they have lasted a year since.

3rd generation hinges fit so I got 2 second hand ones to replace the other 2
