Not much use to you probably, but I recently split the flexi on the main front to back pipe and in a panic went to the local independent factor who matched it up with a car one - I think it was off an old 80s Fiesta or something. They had it in stock and it fitted perfectly, was about a third of the price of a proper Iveco one Doesn't help you much as I say, apart from maybe proving they're nothing exotic or hard to come by.. but still I think you'd have to take them off and hand them over to have them made up. I did price up the whole set of 4 (2 front, front-to-back, chassis-to-back-axle) with Vexi and they're pretty expensive - I think about £150 for the set. You could probably have some very nice stainless braided ones for not much more I bet |

sounds promising, i thought they would be cheaper than Iveco and for our 4x4's more robust Someones going to send me a spare rear one so i'll test that on a spare caliper and see if the fittings are the same Found a place that will do them starting at 15 quid a hose (price depends on length) Its not that you can't get them - it is cos we want a robust solution for the overlanders amoung us But if anyone else has any more info , i'd appreciate it Rich |
