I was looking at the door mirrors on a mate's 2007 Daily and they they really do look like they would go on my 2001 Daily. Does anyone know of this being done as I've seen these new ones on sale at £70 each. I'd switch to these as the mirrors pre 2006 are only slightly better than useless. |

I was told they would fit as well. Tempted to 'upgrade' as I have added frog eye mirrors to cover the huge blind spots and recently lost one and damaged the main mirror after not quite missing a branch that was leaning out of a hedge

The cheapest I could find were here, Ebay item They fit straight on with existing screws. Five minute job. I haven't wired the intergrated indicators in yet but cant see that being a proplem as I'll wire them to the wing indicator lights. The only downside is that they come without the screwhole cap for the one screw that is fitted from the outside and the one in the original mirror is too small for the hole so I'll have to try to get a couple from Iveco. |

Hi Kell, how much of an improvement do you think they are over the standard mirrors? |

They're a vast improvement Spooky. Especially the blind spot. The new mirror covers a big area whereas the old one with the small non adjustable blind spot strip were neither use nor ornament. £150 is a lot of dosh but for me I reckon it's worth it. |

Is the indicator lense in the mirror orange or white? If white you might be able to wire them up as daytime running lights. |

I would not think using them as daytime lights is legal as the light from the lens shows to the rear, so only white light is allowed to show to the front. Radiotwo |
