The model van I got is a LWB 35s 13 Would springs from another model fit on it which are more heavy duty as I was thinking of going down the second hand route to keep cost down. Thanks |

The suspension on Daily-S is different from the models C. Iveco has chosen to put the spring suspension under the rear axle, what makes it almost impossible to modify. However the springs from Daily-S are 8 cm long then Daily-C and are parabolic and not semi-elliptical as the model C (so, does not fit). You can search for a workshop that deals with suspension springs, but they manufacture only the semi elliptic springs ( with several leafs), finaly you will raise the rear suspension, but will be more rigid and you lose the comfort. Some forum members have opted for this option because it is the cheapest (custom springs), but I believe as an additional air suspension kit is the best option. Also, you can Google for the cheapest solution. |

A few minutes of Google and look what I found: http://www.leafspringassister.co.uk/ You can only use their idea and parts from scrap yard and you can build your own suspension assisters, or buy from them. |

there is a spring place in the midlands..around birmingham i think, that can supply and also fit if needed the springs that have an extra leaf in them IMO fitting air suspension wont fix your problem but will cost a small fortune i found on mine which is also a conversion i done that packing the heavy stuff like water etc further towards the front area helped and just try and keep the back past the axle as light as possible also check your straps that hold the fuel tank on..they are really thin and once rust starts they easily fail and drop the tank on the floor nicely..as i well know! cheap and easy to replace |
