Hi, all I'm new to this forum and have just bought a 2006 50 c14 panel van to replace a Merc Sprinter that has been nothing but trouble, I'm hoping the Iveco will be a better van! Unfortunately the van came to me with no instruction or service books. It has 79000 miles on it I'm hoping someone can give me a rough idea of service intervals, mainly for the oil and filter changes. I also wondered if this van would have a diesel particulate filter on the exhaust? as I have heard they can be troublesome If anyone has some spare manuals that I could purchase please let me know Many thanks |

Hi, In technical download section we have vehicle user manual just for Daily 1999-2006. http://ivecoforums.com/topic/1105767/1/#new If your Daily has the new design, see picture to the fourth generation, it is possible to have a particulate filter. |

Thank you, i will have a look I'm guessing it's the last of the 3rd generation, same cab as in the picture. It just looks like a normal exhaust so hopefully it has not got any DPF |

Out of curiosity, when do others service their vans? I service my landrover every 6,000 miles, but I believe these engines can be left longer? We're heading to Dakhla in the not so distant future and then a ski trip in the spring - combined estimated mileage 7,000 miles. Will probably service after that. Aiming to service at approx 10,000 miles - any thoughts on that? Craig |

I have been told I can leave it longer but prefer to do mine about 10,000 miles but if i have been on the motorway a lot I have been known to give the oil a change at 6,000 but that is just me. |
