Number plate light will be the conector between the door and the frame. Clean the contact and make sure the door closes tight. the pins on the bottom of the door are sprung so make sure they are working use WD40. If that does not cure the fault get under the van follow the loom make sure there is no breakage. there is a rubber cover as your under the van feet sucking out the back look towards the right orner there is a loom in that check/clean conections. If the sprung connecter is beyond repair they are about £12 from iveco (manchester)

Front light Not sure as mine did the same I just jumped from the good headlight to the bad one worked for the MOT Til I get the time (next spring) to sort it proper I susspect its a just a bad connection in one of the loom connecters.

I got a new numberplate light holder from vexi for a few quid I thought I was buying the glass but turns out it was the whole black thing so ended up with 2. looked better than the old faded one and no rusted screws either.
