Hi,
When you press the brake you should hear a relay in the fuse box, if not then it may be faulty switches, or wiring problem.

thanks for your reply, there is not the usual clicking noise when you press the pedal, this is what made me think it was a fuse, where is the switch?
thanks

Sorry, I confused the Eurocargo model with an older one. The brake switch is in duplex distributor and this is located under the bonnet into law of the brake pedal.
The brake signal is sent from switch to the Body Computer to connector 'A' pin 34 blue wire code 1117 and from there the signal is send to the lamps trought connector "D" pins 18 and 19, blue wire codes 1177, and 1172. Those two wires come out from cab trough bulkhead, connector white pins 12 an 13 wire codes 1177 and 1172.

oh right, so do you think a faulty switch is likely?

Not necessarily, you have to do check with multimeter. Remove the duplex connector it is a four pin connector, must be positive (with ignition on) on pin 1 and 3, then check signal input to the Body computer on connector 'A' pin 34, should be positive signal with pedal pressed, if it is, check the output signal on 'D' connector pins 18 an 19, etc... until you reach the lamps.
Connectors are noted on the back cover of Body computer.

I forgot to say, put the connector back after your check there.
