Over the last few days the reversing sensors on my 35S12 are sounding constantly whilst in reverse. I can be in the middle of a field with nothing anywhere near and they still sound. Has anyone else experienced this problem and what was the outcome Cheers Chris |

If its anything like the sensors on BMW/Merc etc, then first thing to do is give them a real good clean down and check the wiring etc. if that doesn't help, try putting your van in reverse and listen very very closely to each sensor, there should be a clicking/pulsing sound coming from each sensor, if one doesn't have it, then it could be your problem. Obviously make sure your van is not running and parked safely, just turn ignition until all light on the dash come on, then put in reverse. I've not seen the reverse sensors on iveco yet, but worked on BMW/Merc/Audi sensors before, and usually when 1 goes faulty, none work correctly, and the you get the constant sound. |
