Hi guys, I have a eurocargo in today I am in the process of fitting spotlights to the roof bar I bolts on. I have tried routing the power cables down the front left pillar but having no joy in getting a successful route down to the engine bay, advice please?

Also the fan in the dash not working and fuses are ok, any common issues to look out for?

With regards to your heater fan fault the brushes loose a good contact on the motor I have managed to clean them up by taking the black cover off under the bonnet where you can see the motor if you get a screw driver with some abrasive paper on it and turn the motor (you can see the vanes of the motor use them to turn it ) may be use some contact cleaner. As for the wiring we usually run it inside the trim . Hope this helps

Thanks

yea i ended up coming down the inside of the trim, Ran out of time so still need to connect the wires to the fuse board, was looking the only place i see to draw the current off is from pin 21 on the 21 pin connector but it is only rated for 10amps? I have 4 70w spotlights, they will draw more than the rated, Will i need to run a separate power cable from the batteries?

It would need around three amps per lamp , I would suggest using a relay to switch the power making a much safer option then you can use a low amp switch to control the lamps
