hello, i have just bought a Cargo Tector 75E17 2003. After i got it home (i had driven about 400 miles without problems) i noticed that whenever i press the brake pedal the orange brake warning light momentarily flashes. Also, very occaisonally the light will come on when i'm not braking, a momentary flash again, but at the same time the vehicle applies the brakes on its own ! This has happened 3 times so far in 3 weeks of driving it. The brakes appear to work fine even though the light flashes.
Does anyone know what the problem might be ?

cheers everyone !

Hi

do you know if the warning light is related to Service, park or exhaust brake ?

A brake warning light would be red are you sure it's not the exhaust brake warning symbol which can be set to operate from the switch on the floor , when you release the throttle pedal or when you touch the brake pedal , on that age it would be a three position switch to the left of the steering wheel
