I've a 35C15 which had a puncture yesterday. The faces of the wheels where they meet had been moving against one another, and the holes for the studs have become slightly oval. The tyre fitter told me there should be a collar on two of the studs to ensure the wheels and nuts locate properly. I've had the wheels off a few times for tyre changes and caliper problems, and there has never been any collar on any of the studs. Can anyone advise? |

Don't know what he is talking about there are no collars they rely on the surfaces being clean and wheel nut torqued and checked to ensure this doesn't happen |
