Climate control warning on dash no fans or air con working any ideas how to fix. all fuses and relays inspected Ok

Hi, Recheck the following fuses: in the engine compartment in the large fuses box, fuse F8 - 30A and in the cabin, fuse F49 - 15A. |

It will be more likely to be a leak, and have lost gas. If there is little or no gas the pressure switches won't work and hence no air con, you need to take it to a specialist as it is illegal to allow the gas into the air. Yes you can buy cans that put it straight into the system but you have to put just the right amount in in grams, and if you have a leak it will just come straight back out so a waist of money, but a specialist will put a vacuum on it first to see if there is a leak and then try another gas (nitrogen I think) with a dye to see where the leak is, then if possibly it can be repaired and then the process will be repeated just to check then the correct gas can be put back in at the right quantity, and then you will have air con. Just one last point some air con systems will not work below 5 degree C Radiotwo |
