Hydraulic tilt pump gets quite hard but the cab doesn't move up, not sure of the procedure to raise the cab, the pump handle was missing but manufactured one to operate the valve, have I get the sequence wrong or do I get a bigger handle? Just picked up this vehicle without a handbook.

May be a silly question but you have moved the lever for up and down on the side of the pump ? If so it may be that the cab lock has not released if it hasn't you will have to try and undo it or try lever the catch across if you can get to it , if not release the bar that the mounts attach to |
