hi all looking for some advice on how to change front ball joints upper and lower thanks in advance :D :D

Torsion Bars up front ?

You're going to need some big bars, a sledge hammer and probably a small bottle jack.

Make sure you get the nuts for the ball joint and the locking washers, you usually knack them getting them off. Should use a proper C spanner to undo the nuts, nice chisel does the job well though.

Just a quick note do not do not under any circumstances heat it as I know know them to explode you and I do mean explode ! So be warned

There are replaceble joints en bushes available for the upper whisbone, does anyone know if this is recommend?

Yep, them's the only bits that wear, the arms themselves don't wear, so never need changing.

How do you get the old one off the wishbone. Must do mine soon. Looks like they are welded in??

Got to replace top one on O/S soon. I'm guessing the arm will have to be removed and old one pressed out and new one pressed in with something like a 10 ton garage press.

When I used to work at a Merc van specialists we used to keep a set of arms on the shelf and take peoples old ones on a part ex basis then press new joints into those ready for resale.
Was handy for a quick turnaround.
