looking at buying an Iveco 65c15 ex nhs crew cab box wagon on the side it says 3880kg unladen weight can it surely weigh nearly 4 tonnes I don't need the box so does anyone know what the chassis cab would weigh many thanks |

My 35s12 (3.5t) weighs approx 2100kg empty (mwb). The 65c I thought weighed over 3000kg as a bare chassis (I have 3500kg in my head), then add on the crew cab addition and the box and its probably about right. Probably includes any internal racking/tail lifts as well. Craig, I notice your dob is 1981. Have you got a license to drive over 3.5t? If not, don't touch it with a bargepole as if you are successful in getting it downrated it will be practically useless. You license will need to have C1 (or C) listed on it to be legal to drive and insure. Edited by Spooky_b329, Jun 25 2013, 08:19 PM.
