issue's with ride

Hi all i have a 53plate 35s12 it has ride issue's when on good roads its fine but hitting any bumps nearly has my teeth out its had new cab mounts,wheel bearings single tranverse spring is good shocks all good but with windows down it rattles over the bumps too anyway thats that issue the other is my clutch pedal has a problem where it sticks down only happensevery so often but drives me mad its had a new clutch and cylinder its just when you press pedal down as far as it goes thats when it tends to stick any help will save my sanity because i'm at the end of my rope with this and starting to think of selling it don't want to but driving me kuckin fnuts :D :D

Hi Woody. Not sure about the ride issues, Since I replaced the clutch on mine the pedal sometimes is a little slow to return to the top of its stroke, but mine only sticks near to the top so not too bothered yet.

Have you tried lubricating the pedal pivot?
Or maybe a return spring could be fitted to the clutch operating lever?

Check all wishbone bushings and joints, changed all wishbones on my 35s12, much more quiet now!

Found alot of the problem to be bracket which holds cab mount it had sheared a bolt and worn the other 2 40% out but going to change all wishbones next week hope its not too much of a pig to do!! Any advice would help thanks in advance woody
