Hello, I have a Daily 29l9 camper conversion. I'm about to put in a leisure battery and a split charge relay. The relay has a wire to the trigger circuit, which I think is the alternator warning light wire, can anyone tell me what colour this wire is please, and is it easy to attach (ie; is it a bolt, will I have to splice the wires...?). Thanks very much for any help, I'm a bit crap with electrics, better with a hammer and a spanner! Cheers, Ash |

Can't help you as mine is a voltage sensing relay, i.e the trigger is when it notices the higher voltage as the starter battery starts charging. Simplest way would be to get a smartcomm relay which is voltage sensing and then connect the output of this to your relay you already have. (simply as the smartcom can be a bit weedy for charging batteries) Otherwise, hopefully someone can tell you where you need to connect your relay to the alternator.
