Loud rumble vibration at speed

Just bought a 2005 35s12 and on the drive home, I noticed a kinda loud rumbly vibration that comes in around 75mph.
Any one got any ideas?
I'm thinking prop centre bearing...

And whats the difference between the S and C models?

S is single rear wheel, C is twin rear wheel.

Twin wheel has a lower payload due to the different axle and also has a thicker chassis. Think it cuts about 120kg off the payload! May also be a different front suspension set up, torsion bar. I think the S normally comes with transverse leaf spring but with torsion bar as an option.

Does the van knock/jerk excessively when letting the power on and off gently? If so could be diff/prop shaft related.

Ah. Cool.
I've been trying to work out the difference..

No knock on lift off. Although I would relate that to worn UJ's or diff than the prop bearing.
But I'm open to any idea's...

Had similar a couple of weeks ago , when I checked the prop I had a small bit of play in one of the UJ's . Changed it in about 30 mins , all well now.
BTW , a cheaper option is to only drive at the max speed limit for the UK , 70Mph.

Had similar a couple of weeks ago , when I checked the prop I had a small bit of play in one of the UJ's . Changed it in about 30 mins , all well now.
BTW , a cheaper option is to only drive at the max speed limit for the UK , 70Mph.
LOL Agreed markthelark at that speed it could also be wheel balance, it could come in at 74 mph, and disappear at 85 that is an issue with big alloys and low profile tyres on boy racer cars. it's not unknown on vans at higher speed either. As previously stated J_K why not save fuel, and wear and tear, and ultimately licence by driving at legal speeds, remember 60mph is the limit for non motorway dual carriageway. :D

The national speed limit for vans is 50mph single carriageways , 60 Dual , 70 Motorway.

And if you go to fast and get caught in a van you get an SP10. Exceeding the speed limit in a goods vehicle.

Both off my licence now though. :D
To be honest, I'm generally sticking to the speed limits but sometimes you take your eye off the ball and the speed creeps up.
And if I find a problem, I try to rectify it before it becomes a trip home with the RAC. And my "lack of concentration" has highlighted a potential issue.
Must get cruise fitted. I've found the wiring loom. Just need to identify which stalk I need.
Any easy way to distinguish?
