Think this will be of interest Took a pun and bought this Single Din touch screen GPS for the new 4x4, needed one to run my topographic maps on (oziexplorer on WinCE) and reversing monitor to line my tow hitch up, also I dislike how the main Instrument display shows the original radio frequency via can bus. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Universal-Single-Din-TOUCH-SCREEN-Car-Truck-GPS-Navigation-MP3-Multimedia-System-/400581058629?pt=GPS_Devices&hash=item5d447de045&_uhb=1 I figuired the smallish screen would clear the A/C knobs, ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Huge bonus the new radio looks like its meant for the truck, the screen flips and clears the A/C knob, it shows the time / date when its turned off, also my wife is chuffed that the illumination cycles thru the colours, It does not have an optical drive, but I use iPod anyway, as such the radio is shorter so its easier to stuff all the extra cables in behind it. Also the Iveco antenna cable does not fit but I'll be fitting a aftermarket antenna in the bung on the roof, as the Iveco mirror antenna is next to useless anyway. very happy chappie |
