Newbie Posts: 5 Group: Members Member #7,520 Joined: March 11, 2013	Hi there. I have a problem with one of mine iveco daily 50C17. The problem is that the gesrbox dosent work just 0. If i switch on the ignition all seems ok i press the brake pedal and the small monitor says ok, is start the car and after few sec the key appears,i dont even have to start the car. I have read the error codes with my EAsy,only error that comes is the gearbox actuator but its new,i have also take the gearbox out and check the gearbox actuator its seems ok. The clutch is new,all the harnes is ok. If i switch on the ignition and press the brake and wait for the error i can cancel the fault with EAsy but when i try to put it in gear it appears again. So could you help with this its driving me crasy never had so big prob with this system.

Member Posts: 48 Group: Members Member #6,763 Joined: December 9, 2012	Hi remove the turret off the top of the gear box. Remove motors as well. Check for turret sticking or motors sticking. Also remove the plastic cover off the back off the actuator, take picture of it And post here.

The actuator is new,and i have alredy check the motors and all that its seems ok. yesterday i took the gearbox out and check all this things,the clutch self maybe driven 50,000�km and looks fine.

Member Posts: 2,295 Group: Expert Member #195 Joined: June 7, 2010	Hi, EASY has the ability to read parameters (measurable and status), also you can make the active diagnosis of the gearbox components, such as clutch actuator or gears actuator. The clutch must be calibrated after replacement, the clutch pressure plate should be reset to its original position (if it was not replaced). For the gears actuator, must be used the replacement procedure, see specific functions menu - EASY. Check CAN line, between gearbox ECU and EDC.

Check CAN line, between gearbox ECU and EDC. the can line is ok i have replaced the gearbox harnes from another car and still the same. i canot finish none of the clutch tests. The iveco dealer tells me that it canot be nothing but the clutch self but it seems ok,but maybe it is not im not sure.

Member Posts: 2,295 Group: Expert Member #195 Joined: June 7, 2010	The gears actuator errors could be almost 40 types. So, copy the errors from EASY, and send to us. It should look like this: "GEARBOX ACTUATOR - SELECT - MECHANICAL FAILURE - STUCK [BC: 130]"
