Hi I have a iveco 65c 15 2005 that I am preparing for the road , the van starts and runs fine with no faults but when pulling away it seems to have no power and at high revs the engine sounds like its over boosting , I have fitted a new vgt turbo and checked all the vac lines and and solinoide all seems ok , I have noticed the engine sounds slightly diffrent to my 50c 13 at idle , I have replaced the flywheel sensor with a new one but no diffrence , is it possible the valve timing may have slipped ! Or could it be a faulty air mass sensor ! Bearing in mind no fault codes , hope some one can help as im running out of ideas. Just to note yesterday looking around the engine I have noticed somone has cut easch injector harness and re-spliced them with heat srrink terminals just before the injector plug I have no idea why someone would do this ! |
