Hi all, I have iveco daily 35s12 2.3 . Recently it takes longer to start and sometimes red injector flashes and engine revs stay at 1500rpm without accelerating or increasing when accelerator is pressed. It can't be the battery because it is fully charged. I don't think it is the pedal itself because it responds most of the time when red injector light is not flashing . Can't be inline chasis fuel pump because that works. Fuel filter changed. Can this be the pressure regulator behind high pressure pump? If so where is it located exactly and how easy is it to replace? I have not checked timing either so will do that next week. Any suggestions? |

Hi If you read through the forums you will find this as been covered before, It's usually the Crankshaft sensor that causes most problems like this. Pete |

Hi Pete, Thanks for the response, I forgot to mention I have already replaced the crank sensor, so that can't be the issue. |
