Not sure about adjustment but it seems that
They all have stiff gear change,
as does my 2002 35s11

I recently changed my gearbox oil which
has helped but still a little sticky between
1 and 2nd but much better..

After reading the threads on sticky gears
I got the recommended oil from iveco dealers.

Hi Tom.

Which gears exactly?

The 35s12 and others suffer from 1st to 2nd when cold and unless you have the Iveco recommended oil in there you may cause more issues too.

Mine was pretty crap until I emptied the cold coffee mess in there from previous owner and put the Urania in there, made a big difference.

Also, some owners have taken the gear stick gaiter and housing off and cleaned off the dust and lubed up the mechanism to halp as well.

All easy and cheap fixes.

If you're experiencing probs in other gears when engine has warmed up then that may well be a different problem though.

Same here, rough going into second, especially when cold. Visit to an Iveco dealer and a urania gear oil change later..much better. Still not perfect though, a little "agricultural" ^o)
