Hello, I have a 2001 40c11 2.8TD pannel van. The MOT is just up and needing renewed and not so long ago the ABS and EBD lights came on at the same time and brake lights dont work, I have looked behind the wheels and pads , sensors all visually look OK. Bulbs and brake pedal switches are OK. I had it plugged in at Commercials garage though not IVECO garage. Under engine ECU there is code 0571 (brake pedal signal not possible and 0704 (clutch pedal signal-no signal from switch). Under ABS ECU the only fault is (unknown error) We ran the van while plugged in and the wheel speeds were correct so ABS sensors should be OK. Im not too sure where to go next without stripping and testing wiring loom which it would be handy to have wiring diagram?
The other fault though not so urgent since it will pass MOT, is most journeys the injector light flashes for a few seconds and all power is lost though it still idols then it comes back to normal, the light stays on most of the time. The light used to flash when starting and wouldnt start for a while, now it only happens after a couple of miles. when plugged in and driving it didnt do this problem but the fault 1631 (fuel pressure check faulty) came on briefley.
Any help with this and or wiring diagrams would be much appreciated.
