35C12 2005 MWB DRW 3rd gen’ crew cab tipper F1AE04 85.3 kw 2.3 cc 16v.
Vehicle has a slight pull to the left even when driving with both wheels over the centre of the road - one wheel each side of the crown of the road.
The tyre was conical with the smaller radius to the outside.
A new tyre was fitted - the slight pull persists.

When going over a small hole in the road or a rough part of the road or a manhole cover there is a bang, clunk, rattle, jolt which seems to be felt on the steering wheel this happens more so, seemingly, with the left front side. The rattle seems to come from inside the plastic that covers the front of the inside of the cab. The bang - clunk seems to come from the passenger side suspension/steering. A jolt can be felt on the steering wheel. The bang, clunk, rattle, jolt happen at the same time. Speed and the depth of the hole, roughness of the road alter the intensity of the bang, clunk, rattle and jolt. The bang can be very loud. The bang, clunk, rattle and jolt do not cause the vehicle to pull to the left.

I have not seen any apparent cause at the left/right front side suspension/steering parts.

Anyone know what the cause could be?

I would get steering joints checked at garage, also if leaf spring check for breakage on the spring or carrier, the carriers are known to crack, also check tracking, I would suspect worn joint and or wishbone pivots, possible shocker failure, as for crashing and banging could be suspension but also likely cab mount, if your tyre is wearing badly this is a symtom of wear on joints/wishbone,bearing.it needs sorting as could be dangerous.
A frozen brake caliper slider can also cause uneven tyre wear, but wouldnt cause crashing etc.
MOT type testing station have hydraulics to test for play, for what it would cost most effective way to find out.

Suspension wear or tracking should fix the pull to one side, the banging is probably worn cab mounts, the front mounts are first to go and relatively easy to replace if you have a trolley jacks/stands etc.
