Short question: Does anybody know about the service on the prop shaft (35S17 -2006)? Service interval, grease type...? I have no problem with it at present, just wishing to mitigate problems in the future... Thanks |

Not sure on the service intervals etc but keep an eye on the universal joints. GKN ones for a Landrover Series 3 are the same. I'd say just check for play in all driveshaft components. I reckon the spline unit is fairly well sealed for life, I can't see anything going wrong unless the rubber boot gets damaged. |
