Does anyone know if its a big job to fit a tacho in place of a speedo? I'm planning to use my camper commercially with a trailer behind so will need it. Thanks. If its not too much hassle I might have that tacho off you. :)

Thanks you your help chaps found the box and new wireing the only thing I'm stuck on is that there doesn't seen to be a connection block as the tacko wires come through the bulk head
It's said you need to disconnect one and fit to another could any one tel me the position and colours of the wires of said block the (brown blue black white ) from gearbox in the male side of the terminal
That fits to female with brown and 2 orange wires
Thanks

Hi has any one done this job tachograph to speedo
I'm really struggling
I've done everything thing apart from shaping the wires under the dash next the wiper motor I've located the male and female connector that are both connected
But the tachograph wires don't have a joint connector
So it goes straight from the clocks to gearbox
In the job sheet it seams to explain the black connector with orange wires but do sent tell you to unplug it assuming it's just the female part
But mines all ready connected
Can anyone please help.

Does the tacho still have everything, all the wires and the connection to the gearbox?
