Hi I need to replace all the front bumper brackets on my 1998 Iveco Daily leader plus 35.8 van Iveco seem to have stopped manufacturing one of the main brackets Can anybody suggest another source for these brackets? Maybe you have some you want to sell? Many thanks B |

Thanks for the offer Dubber Dan I did an ebay search for the part numbers and found some new stock in Italy so I bought them. I also found at least one Chinese company that manufactured these brackets quite cheaply: www.ivecochina.com/index.php?c=article&id=185 Their product brand was called 'Convitex' although I'm not certain if the bracket pictured was metal or plastic. I'm probably going to replace the front bumper as well some of the rusted bracket bolts have broken out from the bumper leaving no thread. Hi Dubber Dan I downloaded the image you posted - the van looks almost exactly like mine - even down to the colour blue! Are you breaking this van completely for spares? There might be something I could be interested in - it the condition is generally good - i.e. not rusted. The front grill section looks in good condition - better than mine I think. The bumper looks slightly different in that it seems to have fittings on the outside where the bracket bolts would be - mine doesn't have them. Where abouts are you in the country? - I'm just outside Carlisle Cumbria If you want to - send me a personal message with details or more photos - thanks Edited by Flying Man, Aug 2 2016, 04:39 PM.
