My R-reg has died (engine probs) so will be getting scrapped soon. All sorts of bits available if you need them, or the whole thing as spares or repair.

Am in Wiltshire and will need it going one way or another in the next week or two.

Oh Shame your having engine trouble,

Don't do anything you may regret lol, they are tremendous vans and so good to work on.

If it is going to the scrap man, I would be interested in the rear bumpers and lights

Much of the body is so shot its really not worth investing the money to get it repaired.

Have picked up a 55 plate 35S12 XLWB with 140K on the clock for £1775 so happy with that.

You can see the bumper/lights at

Reversing cover on right has had some cloudy white plastic glued over. I'm sure you could replace that easy enough.

If I can get them off, how much you offering?

Hi Dan,

help me, what does R-Reg mean? Registered in 1997? Can you maybe post the last 7 digits of the chassis number, so that we can check compatibility of the parts?

If the parts are compatible to my 1991 40-10 4x4 (which I assume) I am interested in:

- speedometer (how many miles does it show?)
- left and right front lights

Are these still good?

Regards
Raphael

Hi Dan,

The cab heater controls should come out fairly easily. The blank plate to the left will pop off with a screwdriver and if you pull off all the control knobs the controls should also come out with a bit of persuasion with a screwdriver. The resistor is on the right of the heater blower as you look from the front under the bonnet. the main multiplug needs to be removed and then two small screws and the resistor will come out. If any of it is a hasssle then don't worry I cannot get to you as I am away this weekend and then off to france the following week. I just want them to try and work out a cheap fix for the blower problems that people are having so it will be going to a good cause.

Regards Graeme

R-reg as in that's the start of the registration number. So yep registered in 97 - http://technohippy.org.uk/index.php/s/p0UlFpikg0JrOqI

Last 7 digits are: D072661

Speedo shows 118K - http://technohippy.org.uk/index.php/s/0bm95SkWPKZNKeB

Left and front lights are both and in good order. Only snag is the support on one has broken as it looks like the bolt was originally screwed in at an angle - http://technohippy.org.uk/index.php/s/4M05zvAvfLTJJUi

Hi,
If you still have this, I'd be interested in the bottom mount/rollers for the sliding door and spare wheel carrier.
