Does anyone know what pcd is the 3510 1999?

Its easy to measure.

Put a ruler or measuring tape on the centre of one wheel nut and measure straight across to the centre of the other wheel nut.

Thats your PCD. I think its usually 160,170,180 mm, around there. ;)
